With his native American English, Dawit stands out in the Netherlands as an actor actively building an international presence. Driven by compelling storytelling that captivates audiences, he thrives in a wide range of projects—from major blockbusters to intimate, character-driven films.

Since winning a scholarship to the New York Film Academy in 2019, Dawit has established a strong track record across Dutch, British, and American television. His credits include series such as FBI: International, Woeste Grond, and Flikken Rotterdam.

An award-winning performer, he earned three silver medals at the World Championships of Performing Arts in Los Angeles and won ‘Best Actor’ for his work in the 48 Hour Film Projects Bloot and Dreamfinity+.
